• Add 1-2 slightly heaping teaspoons of tea to 7-9 oz of boiling water.

• Place the tea in paper filter or any preferred reusable fillter.

• Let the tea steep for 5-10 minutes.

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)
